On God’s Call To Missions In The Far East At the Age Of 62:
I never thought of going to the Far East and never, never dreamt that I would spend the rest of my life out here. I was happy and contented in Chicago but God changed my whole lifestyle. God gives us the best if we leave the choice to Him - this is more than a cliché to me.
On His Retirement Plan:
Tonight I ‘retire’ to my bed. Tomorrow I rise, Lord willing and serve Him.
On Being Single:
God has a purpose of singleness in my life so I can come out here.
I’m happy I’m single because I’ve got 960 children. I don’t have to clothe them or feed them. All I have to do is love them.
On The Food In Singapore:
I’m on a ‘see-food’diet. Everything I see, I eat.
Singapore has such a wide variety of food. If I ate a different dish for every meal, I still wouldn’t have repeated it after a month!

On The Bible And What It Says:
This is the Book that lifts the foundation of the Church. The Bible says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.” There is the message that God wants us to send missionaries from your church here to some parts of the world. Millions have never heard about Jesus. That responsibility is for us. The Old Testament says to warn the wicked of their ways. If we fail to witness, our hands are bloody. Millions are going to die. They are going into hell, without hope and without God. It is our responsibility to tell these people and then there will be no blood on our hands.
The Bible says, ‘For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that Whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.’ Our eternal life goes on and on forever. Like a line, it’s got no beginning, it’s got no end. So it is with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
